Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;font-size:12pt'><p><span>The St. Louis 2015 8-hour ozone marginal nonattainment area is a bi-state nonattainment area encompassing Madison and St. Clair Counties on the Illinois side and St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and Boles Township in Franklin County on the Missouri side. There are two 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide (SO2) nonattainment areas in the state. Both nonattainment areas are partial counties. One includes a portion of Jefferson County and the other includes a portion of Jackson County. There are two 2008 lead nonattainment areas within the state. One includes the city limits of Herculaneum in Jefferson County, and the other includes portions of Iron, Dent, and Reynolds County. The City of Herculaneum is the only area of the state that is designated as a nonattainment area for two different U.S. National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), the 2008 lead NAAQS and the 2010 SO2 NAAQS.</span></p></div>
