Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;font-size:12pt"><P><SPAN>The horizontal positional accuracy of well locations is contingent on the accuracy with which well drillers report the well locations to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.This layer should be used with the understanding that locations may only be based on a section, township, and range and no other information. Therefore many wells are only located to the nearest mile, and there are many examples where multiple well points are at the exact same location at a PLSS section center. This is not a realistic depiction of the actual location of those wells. Zooming in beyond 1:150,000 is not recommended, and decisions based on well locations may be based on erroneous locations. </SPAN></P></DIV>
